Payment

How to make a payment / to pay for staying in the apartment?
Payment for staying in the apartment happens in two stages .
 
The first stage - deposit a pre-payment during reservation of the apartment. If you dont make a pre-payment we can not guarantee placement in the apartment you chose.
 
You can make a pre-payment by credit card, bank remittance or by cash through your representative in Moscow.
 
The second stage - the full payment for living in the apartment. You should make a payment for staying in the apartment no later than check-in at the apartment.
 
You can choose one of the ways of payment:
 
  • By credt card:

    (а) over the internet (to make this payment you should ask us to send you invoice for payment through the internet)
    (b) in our office
    (c) in the apartment when check-in.

  • By cash in rubles in our office personally or through you representative in Moscow .

  • By bank remittance via your organisation or from your personal account .

  • Via express postal order service, as Western Union or MoneyGram.

  • We also ready to take up the other convinient way of payment.

    • According to the Russion legislation the payment is making only in rubles. We do not accept the payment in any other currency.

      What is inclued in the rental price?
      There is a price per night in description of every apartment which depends on the duration of staying in the apartment. To know the price for staying in the apartment you should multiply the quantity of nights by the according cost.
       
      The payment for staying in the apartment includes:
      • the full price of rending the apartment from 14:00 of the first day to 12:00 the last day
      • free linen and towels and its changing twice a week
      • unlimited fast Internet connection
      • intercity and international calls up to 50 rubles per day
      • international TV channels
      • food stuff (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, spices, etc.)
      «Like Home» company accomplish at its own expense:
      • technical service
      • cleaning the apartment according to the list of work which is in the apartment
      • rent payment, payment for the electric power, service payment for telephone
        •  
        The other services (transfer, taxi, registration in Moscow, visa support, international/intercity calls, paid services from the phone, etc.) are the additional payment according to the agreement conditions and information in section “Services”.
         
        Early check-in (before 14:00) and late check-out (after 12:00) is paid as 50% of one night staying in the apartment. If you note in reservation form the time of check-in earlier than 14:00 or the time of check-out later than 12:00, you should pay for early check-in or late check-out. In this case you can be sure you will be checked-in the apartment at the time you noted.
         
        We did not include VAT, at the prices noted on our web site. But most of our guests are free of VAT according to the law for rendering our apartment.
         
        Citizens of the countries which are below are free from VAT: RF, Great Britain, USA, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Greece, Germany, Denmark, India, Ireland, Канада, Cyprus, Korea, China, the Netherlands, Norway, Turkey, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Japan etc. (the full list of the countries you can get by asking workers of «Like Home» company). Russian companies, so as accreditted in RF representative offices of foreign companies from the listed above contries are also free from VAT for rendering apartments.
         
        !!! Attention: to get a privilege by paying VAT to the quest, who has a privilege, it is necessary to give a copy of passport while making of contract. In case of absence a copy of passport at the moment of making an agreement, VAT will be included in the price – 18%.
        Which credit cards do you take for payment?
        We take for payment credit cards of the main international payment systems.

        !!! We can take a payment by American Express card only through the terminal, which is set in our office. For not coming to our office to make a payment you can fill in and sign an authorization form and give it to one of our workers personally, by e-mail or by fax. You can ask for authorization form our manager or by e-mail.

        The process of payment via web-site
        To make a payment via our web-site, please contact us by phone or by e-mail.Our manager will make a bill for services you need.
         
        The bill will be sent to you by e-mail, you will check if it is correspond with the ordered services and if so, you should press the button «To make a payment».
         
        You will be directed to the saved server sistem of payment Chronopay, which has all necessary licences and certifications for carrying out payments over internet. There you should enter the information of your credit card.
         
        Data communications are carring out in a covered condition, under which the opportunity of intercept the information about your credit card is impossible: it is used only closed channels of communication, the technology of encoding, data security Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and the other methods of security.         In an effort of providing safety, the information of your credit card DO NOT ENTER AND DO NOT SAVE on your server. Data input and data handling of your credit card is carrying out only on a covered server ChronoPay.
         
        The information you provide us, information of your order and the other personal information are confidential and no doubt about making known.Your contact information will be used only for qualitative accordance of services.
        Do you provide a recept?
        We will sign a Rental agreement and an Acceptance act with you.
         
        We will provide a proof of payment:
        • In case of payment in cash - cash receipt.
        • In case of payment by credit card – slip and cash receipt.
        • In case of wire transfer – invoice.
        • If necessary, we will also prepare for you and Invoice or a Receipt according to international standards in English .

        Do you take a commission?
        No.
         
        We work for providing the high quality of guests service. That is why we place our guests only in own apartments (which are under our management).
         
        We are not an agency and do not place guests in other apartments of other operators as the quality of their services much more worth.
        Do you offer discounts?
        Yes.
