What should i do if i want to cancel my reservation?

Please, inform us as early as you can..

 

In case of cancellation or not check-in in the apartment according to the reservation, the guest should pay forfeit which is equal one night staying in the apartment. We will return the payment you have made less forfeit.

What should i do if i want to change the dates of staying in the apartments after booking confirmation?

Please, inform us as early as you can.

 

In case if you want tocheck-in later than you noted in reservation or check-out earlier, you should pay forfeit which is equal one night staying in the apartment.

 

In case of any changes in dates of staying in the apartment you should not pay the forfeit. As far as possible we will give you apartment you chose for dates you need or will offer another variants.

 

We will return the payment you have made less forfeit and the cost of practically rendered services.
