Yes, we help our guests to get registered.
To get registered with our help, please submit the following documents to LikeHome employees within one day after your entry into Russia:
- Copy of the main page of your passport (the one with your picture).
- Copy of your passport page where the expiry date is indicated (if it is not indicated on the main page).
- Copy of your passport page with valid Russian visa. (Not applicable for citizens of countries that do not need a visa to enter Russia).
- Copy of your immigration card that you received when entered Russia.
You may send the documents by e-mail: registration@likehome.ru, by fax: 981-31-95 or leave them in the apartment to be picked up by our chambermaid.
As soon as we get all the documents from you, we will complete the Notification form and deliver it to the corresponding branch of Russian Immigration Service. Immigration Service employee will stamp the tear-off part of the Notification. Stamped tear-off part of the Notification is the proof that you are properly registered.
Within three days after receiving all the documents and the payment from you, our chambermaid will deliver a copy of the tear-off part of the Notification to your apartment and leave it there at a mutually agreed place.
Courier services for visa registration cost 1200 (one thousand two hundred) rubles per person.
!!! ATTENTION !!!
We will only be able to help you with registration if you submit all necessary documents to us within one day after your arrival in Russia. Otherwise, we will not be able to help you with registration.
If you leave Russia, even for very short time, you need to get registered again as soon as you return to Russia. You will once again need to submit to us the necessary documents including a copy of the new immigration card and the payment for courier services.
If you want to keep staying in Russia after the expiry date of your registration, we can help you extend your registration. To extend your registration with our help, please, let us know that you need this service at least 3 business days before your registration expires and pay 1000 rubles for our courier services; you do not need to submit any documents to extend your registration. Please, make sure that the total duration of your registration does not extend 90 days and/or the expiry date of your visa.
We provide help with registration only to our guests and only for the period of time when they stay at our apartments.
Duration of registration cannot be longer than the expiry date of your visa. Duration of registration cannot be longer than 90 days.
Citizens of countries that do not need a visa to enter Russia, get registration in the same way all other foreign citizens get registered. To get registered, they need to submit the same documents except the copy of their visa.
We do not help citizens of Russia with registration. If you are a Russian citizen, you can stay in Moscow without registration for 90 days after entry. To prove your length of stay in Moscow, please always carry with you the train/plane ticket showing when you arrived in Moscow.
In most cases, we will not be able to provide help with registration to citizens of countries that are considered «problem countries» by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, China and some other countries of Asia and Africa). If you are a citizen of one of these countries, please, get in touch with us well in advance to check in we can help you with registration.
