Payment
Each apartment’s description on our website included the cost of one night’s stay, depending on the length of your intended stay. To calculate the total cost of your stay, you should multiply the number of nights by the cost shown for one night.
The cost of your stay includes:
- renting the apartment from 2:00 p.m. on the first day unto 12:00 noon on the last day
- supply and change of linen and towels every four days
- unlimited high-speed Internet access
- free inter-city and international telephone calls, up to the value of 50 rubles, per day
- TV with a selection of foreign channels
- a selection of basic food products (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, spices, etc.) "LikeHome" will provide:
- full technical support of the apartment and of the equipment therein
- cleaning the apartment every day in accordance with the task list in the “Information guest book” placed at your apartment
- payment of all property expenses including electricity and telephone line rental
Various other services (taxi transfer, registration in Moscow, visa support, inter-city/international telephone calls, paid services by telephone, etc.) are available at additional cost in accordance with the conditions laid out in the rental agreement and the information contained in the “Services” section.
Early arrival (before 2:00 p.m.) and late departure (after 12:00 noon) incurs an additional payment of 50% of the cost of one night’s stay. If, when booking your apartment, you indicate an arrival time earlier than 2:00 p.m. or departure time later than 12:00 noon, you will need to pay for your early arrival/late departure. With such prior notice, we guarantee that you can check in to your apartment at your desired time.
The cost indicated on the website does not include VAT, but most of our guests are exempt from paying VAT for apartment rental.
Citizens of the following countries are exempt from paying VAT for apartment rental: Russia, United Kingdom, USA, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Greece, Germany, Denmark, India, Ireland, Canada, Cyprus, Korea, China, Netherlands, Norway, Turkey, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Japan, etc. (a complete list of exempted countries is available from “LikeHome’s”). Russian companies and accredited representative offices of foreign companies in Russia from those countries listed above are also exempt from paying VAT for apartment rental.
Attention!!!: for exemption of VAT payment, you should present a copy of your passport when concluding the rental agreement. Should you not have a copy of your passport to hand when concluding the rental agreement, then an 18% VAT charge will be included in the bill.
Paying is made in two stages.
Stage one – paying a deposit when booking your apartment. Without a deposit, we cannot guarantee the apartment is booked for you.
You may make your payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, using QIWI pay terminals or in cash through a representative in Moscow. Detailed payment methods are listed below.
Stage two – full payment for your stay. The final payment for your stay should be made when you check in to your apartment.
You can choose from one of the following payment methods:
- Credit card:
(а) on the Internet (please ask us to send you your bill for payment online)
(b) at our office
(c) at the apartment on arrival.
You’ll find more detailed information in the "Which cards can I use to pay?" section. - In cash, in rubles, at our office, either in person or through a representative in Moscow.
- By bank transfer either from your own or your company’s account.
- By express money transfer service, such as Western Union or MoneyGram.
- We are always happy to consider other payment methods that are convenient for you.
In accordance with Russian law, payment is acceptable only in rubles. Payment in other currencies cannot be accepted.

To make your payment through our website, please contact us by telephone or email. Our manager will prepare a bill for the services you require.
When you receive your bill by email, check the bill against the services you have ordered and press the “Pay” button.
You will be redirected to a secure server belonging to the Chronopay (a fully licensed and certificated Internet payment system). You will then need to enter your card details on the Chronopay server.
Data transfer takes place securely, completely excluding the possibility of data theft of your card details, using only closed bank communication channels, utilising Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, data protection and other security measures. More detailed information about the Chronopay system is available on the Chronopay site.
In the interests of security, your card details ARE NOT ENTERED OR STORED on our server. The entry and processing of your card details takes place exclusively on the secure Chronopay server.
The contact information you send us as well as your booking details are completely confidential. Your contact details will only ever be used to ensure the high quality of service we provide to you.

We try to provide the highest level of service possible to our guests. Therefore we house our guests only in our own apartments (which we manage ourselves).
We are not an agency and do not house our guests in other operators’ apartments enabling us to guarantee you only the highest level of service provision.

We give discounts to frequent guests and corporate clients. We also provide special prices for longer stays. Contact us for fuller details.
We will provide you with a signed lease agreement for the apartment as well as receipt for services rendered/received.
We will provide you with a full set of documents corresponding to your chosen method of payment:
- For cash and credit/debit card payment – a till receipt.
- For bank transfer – an invoice and a receipt.
- Upon request, we can prepare an internationally acceptable receipt in English.
