How can I make a prepayment / pay for my accommodation?

Payment for accommodation is made in two steps.

First step – making prepayment when booking an apartment. The prepayment amount is equal to the cost of a one night's stay. Without a prepayment, we can't guarantee accommodation in the pre-selected apartment.

You may make a prepayment in one of the following ways:

  • Via a VISA, MasterCard or Euro Card bank card on our website.
  • We also accept Visa Electronic, Maestro, American Express and Union Pay cards in our office and in our apartments during check-in.
  • In cash, in rubles through Qiwi, Euroset, Svyaznoy, Master Bank, Unikassa, Pinpay Express, Elecsnet, ESGP terminals and payment systems.
  • In cash, in rubles in our office in person or through your representative in Moscow. 
  • Via bank transfer from your organization or from your own account. 
  • Via Western Union, MoneyGram, Contact express money transfer services. 
  • In electronic money – WebMoney, Yandex.Dengi, Dengi Mail.Ru, RBC Money, Intellectmoney.
  • Via MTS, Beeline and Megafon cellular operators.
  • We are also ready to discuss any other payment method convenient to you. 

Second step – full payment of accommodation. You must make a final payment for accommodation when you check into the apartment.

If you book an apartment with our manager, he/she will prepare a bill for you to pay using the payment method convenient to you and, if necessary, will advise you how to make a payment.

If you find an apartment on the website on your own and book it, you only need to press the "Book" button and proceed to preparing your booking and making prepayment right on the website. In this case, payment may be made via a VISA or MasterCard bank card.

Payment is made only in rubles as required by the Russian legislation. Payment in other currencies is not accepted.

If you book an apartment using our manager's assistance, he/she will prepare a bill for you for the ordered services. After that, you will be able to pay the bill on our website using your bank card.

If you find an apartment on the website on your own and book them, you only need to press the "Book" button and proceed to preparing your booking and making prepayment right on the website. In this case, payment may be made via a VISA or MasterCard bank card.

How to contact us?

May I make a prepayment in cash?

Yes, you may make a prepayment in four ways:

  • via Qiwi, Euroset, Svyaznoy, Master Bank, Unikassa, Pinpay Express, Elecsnet, ESGP terminals and payment systems
  • by paying the bill in any bank branch
  • via Western Union, MoneyGram, Contact express money transfer services
  • personally in our office or through your representative in Moscow

Please contact our manager to receive a bill for any type of payment.

How to contact us?

How quick will you see that I have made a prepayment?

In almost all payment methods (except for the bank transfer and express money transfers), we see the prepayment you made very soon, usually within 5-10 minutes. However, just in case, we recommend you to preserve checks, if you pay via terminals and communication stores, and documents confirming payment using other payment systems.

How to contact us?

Why a prepayment is required?

Prepayment is your guarantee of booking a specific apartment. After you make a prepayment, you receive a Booking Confirmation, indicating full address of the apartment, period and cost of stay.

How do you ensure online payment security?

The personal information, which you provide, (name, address, telephone, email, credit card number) is confidential and is not subject to disclosure. Transfer of bank card details is performed in a secure mode, which completely excludes the possibility of interception of your card information: we use only private bank communication channels, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) coding and data protection technology is used, as well as other protection tools. More details on security of Platron system are available on the website of Platron.

For security purposes, your bank card details ARE NOT ENTERED AND NOT SAVED on our server. Entering and processing of your bank card data is performed only on Platron's secure server.

The contact details, information on your order and other personal data which you provide, are confidential and are not subject to disclosure according to our Confidentiality Policy.

Can I make a prepayment using a card that does not belong to me?

Yes, it is possible but only subject to permission of the card owner.
