We’ll agree the check in time with you beforehand. At the appointed time, our staff member will meet you near the apartment and hand over your keys, sign the lease agreement and accounting documents and accept your payment.

The departure time is similarly agreed with you beforehand. At the appointed time our staff member will meet you at the apartment and take back the keys.

Our driver can meet you at the airport, at a train station or at any other convenient place and take you to your apartment or conversely from your apartment to wherever you need to go on departure. We always have available business class vehicles which are kept clean and ready to transport our guests to their required destinations.
