Checking in to your apartment

How is the check-in/check-out process organized?

Our employee will meet you in the apartment, will deliver you the keys and accounting documents, will sign an agreement and receive the payment at the check-in time agreed with you and specified in your Booking Confirmation. Please note that the manager’s standard waiting time in the apartment is 30 minutes. If the Guest did not inform us on his/her delay in good time, we reserve the right to leave the apartment until the new time is agreed with the Guest.

Check-in is possible only if you present identification documents.

As you check into our apartment, a deposit in the amount of 3,000 rubles is charged in cash or in the form of pre-authorization of this amount on the bank card. If you violate the Residential Lease Agreement, the deposit will not be returned.

Our employee will accept the apartment and keys from you at the check-out time agreed with you.

When is the check-in/check-out time?

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Yes, early check-in or late check-out are possible, but they must be discussed with our manager in advance.

According to LikeHome Booking Terms, early check-in (before 02:00 p.m.) and late check-out (after 12:00 p.m.) are paid for in the amount equal to 50% cost of one night's stay. Check-in before 06:00 a.m. is paid for in the amount equal to full 24-hour stay. In this case, you can certainly check into the apartment in the time, which you specified.

If you want to change the already agreed check-in/check-out time, please contact our managers.

How to contact us?

How can I get the keys from the apartment?

You get the keys when you check into the apartment. Before you arrive, you must contact us and agree an exact time of check-in/key delivery. At the time agreed with you in advance, our employee will meet you in the apartment, will deliver you the keys, the accounting documents, will sign an agreement and receive the payment.

The rent also includes:

  • daily cleaning (upon request)

Other services (transfer, Moscow registration, visa support, long-distance and international phone calls, excursions etc.) are subject to additional charges according to the residential lease agreement and information in the "Services" section.

Is there a Wi-Fi connection in the apartment?

Yes, the apartment rent includes unlimited high-speed Internet access.

What do apartments contain?

May I reside in the apartment with animals?

According to LikeHome Services Terms and Conditions, animals are not allowed.

Do you provide additional beds?

In most cases, we can provide an additional bed. If you need an additional bed, please discuss this with our managers in advance. We charge 1,000 rubles per night for an additional bed.

What is a deposit? Why is it required?

Deposit is a security which you leave as guarantee for keeping the property safe and undamaged and which is returned when you check out.

As you check into our apartment, a deposit in the amount of 3,000 rubles is charged in cash or in the form of pre-authorization of this amount on the bank card. If you violate the Residential Lease Agreement, the deposit will not be returned.
