May I cancel my booking?

Booking may be cancelled in accordance with LikeHome Services Terms and Conditions.

If you decide to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible by phone or email.

  • If the booking is cancelled or changed in more than 2 days before the check-in date, the penalty is not charged. Your prepayment will be returned to you in full.
  • If your booking is cancelled or changed in less than 2 days before the check-in date, a forfeit in the amount of one night's stay is charged. Your prepayment will be returned to you after deduction of the forfeit amount.
  • If your booking has been made at a non-refundable tariff and the full cost of order is collected on the booking date, the prepayment is not returned to you when you cancel/change your booking.

What if I want to change accommodation dates after my booking is confirmed?

Booking may be changed in accordance with LikeHome Services Terms and Conditions.

If you decide to amend your booking, please inform us as soon as possible by phone or email.

  • If the booking is changed more than 2 days before the check-in date, the penalty is not charged. If possible, we will provide an apartment selected by you for the changed dates or will offer other accommodation variants.
  • If the change is made in less than two days and you change the check-in date to a later one or the check-out date to an earlier one, we charge a forfeit in the amount of one night's stay. The booking cost will be recalculated in view of the forfeit and the actually provided services.
  • If you change your booking in less than 2 days but increase the tenancy period, we do not charge a forfeit. If possible, we will provide an apartment selected by you for the changed dates or will offer other accommodation variants.
  • If your booking has been made at a non-refundable tariff and you decrease the tenancy period, the payment is not returned to you. If you increase the tenancy period, the reservation cost will be recalculated based on the actually provided services.

The booking cancellation process is performed according to LikeHome Services Terms and Conditions, which provides for return or non-return of prepayment.

How do I learn that booking has been cancelled?

After cancellation of booking, you will receive a letter confirming the cancellation of booking. Please contact our managers if you have not received the confirmation of booking cancellation.
