How do I book an apartment/flat?

In order to rent a short-term lease apartment, you may either book online the apartment you liked or use our manager's assistance.

After you decide what free apartment to book, you will need to make a prepayment in the amount equal to one overnight stay. The "Payment" section provides detailed information on ways to make a prepayment.

As soon as you make a prepayment, the apartment will be booked in your name. We will send you a Booking Confirmation, indicating full address of the apartment, the period and the cost of your stay.

You may indicate all your wishes in the special field "Your wishes" as you book the apartments.

In addition to that, you may put all your questions to our managers in any way convenient to you.

When is the check-in/check-out time?

Standard check-in time – from 2.00 p.m., check-out time – before 12.00 p.m.

After you receive the Booking Confirmation, contact us and tell us the precise time of your arrival.

At the check-in time, agreed with you in advance, our employee will meet you in the apartment, will deliver you the keys, the accounting documents, will sign an agreement and receive the payment.

Please note that the manager’s standard waiting time in the apartment is 30 minutes. If the Guest did not inform us on his/her delay in good time, we reserve the right to leave the apartment until the new time is agreed with the Guest.

If you are interested in early check-in or late check-out time, you should discuss it in advance with our manager.

According to LikeHome Booking Terms, early check-in (before 02:00 p.m.) and late check-out (after 12:00 p.m.) are paid for in the amount equal to 50% cost of one night's stay. Check-in before 06:00 a.m. is paid for in the amount equal to full 24-hour stay. In this case, you can certainly check into the apartment in the time, which you specified.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Yes, early check-in or late check-out are possible, but they must be discussed with our manager in advance.

According to LikeHome Booking Terms, early check-in (before 02:00 p.m.) and late check-out (after 12:00 p.m.) are paid for in the amount equal to 50% cost of one night's stay. Check-in before 06:00 a.m. is paid for in the amount equal to full 24-hour stay. In this case, you can certainly check into the apartment in the time, which you specified.

If you want to change the already agreed check-in/check-out time, please contact our managers.

Why is my phone number required during booking?

First of all, your phone number is required to contact you as we process reservation of the apartment, meet you and accommodate you in the apartment. Also, if you use Euroset and Svyaznoy communication stores to make a prepayment, your phone is your payment ID.

How do I learn that my booking has been confirmed?

Once the prepayment has been made, you will receive your Booking Confirmation by email. In the Confirmation, you will find all necessary information – exact address of the apartment, accommodation dates and travel directions.

Can I change the check-in or check-out dates of the already booked apartments?

If your trip/booking dates changed, please tell us about it as soon as possible. The fine is not collected if your changes occurred 2 days before the check-in date or earlier (except for bon-refundable tariff).

According to Services Terms and Conditions of LikeHome, if your check-in date changed to a later one than indicated in the booking, or your check-out date changed to an earlier one, a forfeit may be collected, equal to the cost of one night's stay.

In case of other changes of accommodation dates, forfeit is not collected. If possible, we provide an apartment selected by the guest for the changed dates or other accommodation variants.
