We are sincerely grateful to all our clients for choosing LikeHome. We value your choice and strive to do everything possible so that every stay in our apartments makes you feel comfortable, cosy and full of positive emotions.

And because of that we pride ourselves not only in providing the highest quality apartments and service levels, but we would also like to offer you a new discount system.

 

“Frequent Guest” card discount

All clients who stay with us, even once, are given a “Frequent Guest” card with an unique identification number, which gives the holder the possibility to receive discounts each and every time they stay in LikeHome’s apartments in Moscow.

The minimum discount is 10% of the cost of one night’s stay. The longer your stay, the bigger your discount will be.  Your “Frequent Guest” card number may also be used by your colleagues, friends and family. The card will be registered in your name after completing a simple form.

It’s so much more convenient to live in a serviced apartment than in a hotel, especially when you have to return to a hotel by a certain time or aren’t allowed to entertain friends in your room. In a rented apartment you can immediately make yourself at home and you make all your own rules and decisions.

Other travellers who regularly find our services to their liking are those with small children, with whom staying in hotels can be problematic. Moreover, in hotel rooms there are no special facilities to ensure that small children enjoy a comfortable stay. However, in a serviced apartment you can, for example, heat up some milk in your own kitchen or prepare food which you know your children like, at any time. And if you arrive in the capital with a young child during the New Year holidays, you can settle them into a cosy apartment much easier than into a hotel room as most hotels will be holding any number of noisy parties which will prevent children from sleeping as well as their parents from resting properly after a full day.

Deposit


Upon arrival, either a guarantee deposit is payable in cash or the sum is reserved from your credit card, which will be returned to you upon departure in return for the apartment key

1-room apartment for 4 days — a deposit of 15,000 rubles
2-room apartment for 4 days — a deposit of 20,000 rubles

For a two day stay, the guarantee deposit equals to the cost of a two day stay
