Upon arrival, either a guarantee deposit is payable in cash or the sum is reserved from your credit card, which will be returned to you upon departure in return for the apartment key

1-room apartment for 4 days — a deposit of 15,000 rubles
2-room apartment for 4 days — a deposit of 20,000 rubles

For a two day stay, the guarantee deposit equals to the cost of a two day stay
